About the team
Hertfordshire Futures is working with other key stakeholders across the county on the development of a countywide Workwell Strategy for Hertfordshire, aligned to recently launched Get Hertfordshire Working (GHW) Plan and other national priorities on economic inactivity, health inequalities and prevention. This senior role will provide strategic programme leadership to project manage, coordinate and work with other stakeholders to focus on the design, mobilisation and delivery of the WorkWell initiative, reflecting the requirements of WorkWell Leadership Funding provided by NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB).
About the role
The postholder will act as the central coordinating lead across partners, ensuring that the Health and Work Plan within the Get Hertfordshire Working plan, and WorkWell programmes are aligned, mutually reinforcing and delivered at pace. Hosted by Hertfordshire Futures, the role will work across the Integrated Care System, local authorities, DWP, VCSE, skills and employer partners to support system-wide change.
This is a system-facing role requiring strong programme management, partnership leadership and strategic influencing skills rather than direct operational delivery.

Driving required
