26 Hertfordshire residents have been recognised in The King’s 2025 Birthday Honours, celebrating service and leadership in fields from education and healthcare to energy, equality, and community development.
Among the honourees is Hertfordshire Futures' former Board member, Gill Worgan - Principal and Chief Executive, West Herts College Group, awarded a CBE for services to Further Education (pictured above).
Councillor Seamus Quilty - Hertfordshire County Council and Hertsmere Borough Council, was awarded a BEM; and Cllr Stephen Giles-Medhurst - Leader, Three Rivers Council, was awarded an OBE, both for services to Local Government.
