Invest Hertfordshire, part of Hertfordshire Futures, is proud to announce its partnership with the UK Cities & Partners (UKCAP) programme – a strategic initiative designed to connect global capital with the UK’s most compelling investment opportunities. This partnership is supported by Gascoyne Estates.

UKCAP is a coordinated group of UK cities and regions, institutions, and advisers working together to unlock and activate large-scale investment partnerships.

In collaboration with the UK Government and the British Property Federation, UKCAP’s mission is to display the breadth of opportunities to invest in the UK across sectors such as housing, infrastructure, industrial and innovation zones, science and technology, cultural and city centre assets, and university-led capital projects.

Through this partnership, Invest Hertfordshire will:

• Promote key investment-ready projects across the county, from sustainable housing and transport to innovation clusters and university-led developments.
• Engage with a trusted network of global investors to accelerate the delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to a unified UK investment narrative, strengthening the visibility and competitiveness of Hertfordshire on the global stage.

The UKCAP Investment Programme offers unparalleled access to a pipeline of investible propositions and a series of high-profile international events, culminating in the flagship EXPO REAL event in Munich on 6–8 October 2025.
