Digital Hertfordshire has launched its new Digital Help Finder - a free online tool that enables local residents to quickly and easily access digital support.

Developed by Digital Hertfordshire in partnership with Digital Essex through the Hertfordshire and Essex Shared Service, the tool aims to strengthen digital inclusion across the region. 

It supports residents with essential skills, be it learning how to send emails, shop online, stay safe on the internet, or just feel more confident using their phone or computer.

The Digital Help Finder enables residents to:

• Find local courses and places that offer digital support easily, from one central place
• Get one-to-one support with using devices and accessing the internet
• Boost their confidence, learn new skills, and unlock new opportunities at home and at work

Cllr. Paul De Kort, Chair of the Hertfordshire Digital Connectivity Board, said: “By bringing services together in one simple platform, we’re helping people find the right help confidently. This is about ensuring residents have the skills and access needed in this ever-changing digital world.”
