Herts IQ has partnered with Estu to bring new MIT research to businesses across the region through the Workforce Practices Programme, fully funded for eligible* businesses. The programme combines a practical diagnostic, expert-led masterclasses and one-to-one coaching, all designed to turn the research into measurable business outcomes.
